Shipping & Returns

At Simply Irresistible 4u it is our aim that your shopping experience is a pleasant and satisfactory one.

Shipping

Free shipping within 1 to 2 business days of purchase via Australia Post eParcel with the tracking information supplied at time of dispatch.

All parcels must be signed for at time of delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the parcel will be taken to a local Post Office for collection and a card left informing you of the attempted delivery.
Failure to collect the parcel from the Post Office will result in the item being returned to us and this will in turn incur a return to sender (RTS) fee applied to your refund.

If you know you will not be available during the day we suggest you provide a workplace name and address for delivery. 

Please ensure any address you supply is correct as parcels returned to us due to incorrect or invalid shipping information will incur a return to sender (RTS) fee applied to your refund. 

Cancellations

Please choose carefully as once the postage is processed cancellation is not available.

Returns

Simply Irresistible 4u does not accept returns for change of mind, or if you feel the fragrance does not smell like another on hand or previously owned or worn.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to do their own research and be sure of a fragrance.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the full description and view all images supplied prior to purchase.

Damaged Products

A claim for any item that has arrived damaged during transit to you, must be lodged in writing to our email address [email protected] with clear photographic proof included within 5 days of delivery.
If we agree to the claim, we will send you a Prepaid Return address for return, which must then be received by us within 14 days of receipt. The perfume must not be used and must be packaged for return to us as was received.

Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong product please leave the item unopened and contact us. We will provide you with a Prepaid Return address for return and send the correct item. The incorrect product must be returned to us in the same condition as received. Any opened products, regardless if correctly sent, are not eligible for return.
